The Hotline P25G/500 3:1 Geared Reel is the top of the range, large geared reel.

The P25G/500 reel is equipped with an accelerator mechanism for fast spooling and the drum rotates three times faster than the standard P25/500 reel.

This reel also has a carry handle, a locking ratchet and long crank handle for better leverage.

The P25G/500 Geared Electric Fence Reel has a storage capacity of up to approx:

1000 metres of Polywire
800 metres of Galvanised Wire
200 metres of Electric Rope
200 metres of Electric Fencing Tape
Although a tight fit, up to 100m of 40mm diameter can be accomodated.

The P25G/500 geared reel will fit on to the PR2 Reel Fixing Fence Post. This is done either by removing the main carrying handle and then using the same fixing point to bolt the reel to the fence post, or to simplify the fitting make use of the BR1 Quick Bracket.
