The Hotline P29 Wire Tensioner is used for tensioning high tensile wire on permanent fencing systems.
The high tensile wire is placed in a groove of the tensioner and then twisted using a small metal rod through the large hole. When sufficiently taut the retaining clip is applied either side of the wire and through the small holes of the tensioner.
