Each insulator is made of one solid piece, easily attached to the post with two screws. The tape is clamped between the insulator, providing a secure hold. To install, simply use a hammer to close the rubber clamps around the tape. For re-clamping, you can easily open the clips with a hammer or screwdriver for adjustment or maintenance.
