A sledge Hammer is a handy tool with a large, flat, plastic head made out of super strong thermoplastic, attached to a long handle. The long handle combined with a heavy head allows the Sledge Hammer to gather momentum during a swing and applies a large force compared to basic hammers which are simply just designed to drive nails.
