Gallagher Solar Electric Fence Energiser S400

The S400 is the most powerful solar unit from Gallagher. With its 40 watt solar panel, the S400 can power fences up to 65 km long (single wire, no vegetation). Even after a whole week without direct sunlight, this fence unit still has enough power to supply your fence with enough electricity. The S400 is excellent for temporary fencing of relatively large areas. This way, there is always enough voltage on the fence everywhere without you needing a socket nearby! We recommend buying the Gallagher stand(007509) to perfectly position your energiser to the sun. In addition, this energiser can be charged using a battery charger when there is insufficient sunlight or during storage.

Daylight: the term "solar device" is possibly a little misleading, because this device also works perfectly in normal daylight (without sun). What's more - it even works for up to 10 days without direct sunlight! The panel is divided into two parts, so if one half is covered by vegetation, for example, the other side will continue to work without interruption.
