If you’re working with wire, fence pliers will enable you to easily pull, bend, tie and cut the wire. Fence pliers are also designed to help you remove staples and because of the flat head design, they can even be used for hammering nails etc.
As with all of the other fencing tools in our range these fence pliers are built to last, but as with any other hand tools, they will last longer if they are correctly used and simply kept oiled; try and get into the habit of oiling your tools after use and/or before storing. Always match the tool you're using to the job in hand so that you’re not straining to do the job, for example don’t force the jaws apart and continue to use your fence pliers if they’re too small and a bolt cutter is the tool you really require.
