Multifunctional Design: The Multiconnect allows the Turboline corner insulator to function as either a start or end insulator. While the TurboStar tension insulator is already suitable as a start or end insulator, the Multiconnect provides an even more robust solution.
Stronger for High Tension Areas: Start and end insulators are constantly under tension, so they need to be stronger than intermediate insulators. Gallagher always recommends using the Multiconnect for these high-tension insulators. The removable tab on the intermediate plate allows for the mounting of a wire screw (010851/603568) to optimise the alignment of parallel and through-going conductors.
Perfect tape Connector: The tab can also function as a gate handle insulator, and the plate itself serves as an effective tape connector. With the included pins, connecting and tensioning the tape is effortless.
